deLivada® uses latest generation technology
In order to offer the best quality to our consumers, we store the fruits in 13 controlled atmosphere rooms that preserve and cool the fruits in order to secure the optimal preservation parameters and temperature. This will be achieved with a highly computerized system that combines CA (controlled atmosphere) with the ULO technology (ultra low oxygen).
The parameters we can control for are: Oxygen, Carbon Dyoxide, Nytrogene Concentration, temperature and humidity inside the cells. The equipment and installations used for preservation and processing are all environment-friendly and account for an efficient water and electricity use, contributing to the fruit-growing industry and increasing our competitiveness.
Fuji apples
Developed in Japan, but an all-American cross of Red Delicious and Ralls Janet. A very attractive modern apple, crisp, sweet-flavoured, and keeps well.
Gala apples
One of the most widely-grown apple varieties, with a sweet pleasant flavour, and good keeping qualities.
Granny Smith apples
There is only one word to describe the flavour of Granny Smith: acidic. It is an uncompromising crisp hard apple with a very sharp taste. However, served slightly chilled it can also be very refreshing, and works well in salads.
Early One Red apples
Undoubtedly one of the most important apple varieties of the 20th century, both as a commercial variety in its own right, and as breeding stock for many other varieties. Very good flavor when home-grown.
Apricots
With a superb flavor and a yellow-orange colour, they are grown and harvested in the best possible condition.
Quinces
Quinces are appreciated for their intense aroma and flavor. Our fruits are yellow, large, full of flavor and hard at touch.
Cherries
These are part of the Rosaceae family, the same family as roses and contain 85% water.
Seabuckthorn
Seabuckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides), or “The Romanian Ginseng” is a spiny and branched bush that grows in Romania starting from gravel and sandup to the mountainous regions, sometimes making shrubs and bushes quite stretched out .It is bush as a 1.5-3 m high with many strong spikes, enters the fruit in the third year after planting and has a life span of 18-20 years.

We produce our own natural juice using our line and machinery and aseptically packing.
